At the end of the 2025–26 season, Mohamed Salah is expected to leave Liverpool Football Club, bringing an outstanding chapter at Anfield to an end.
Formal goodbyes and tributes are anticipated later in the year, but the Egypt striker will continue to concentrate on Liverpool’s quest for victory for the remainder of the season.
Salah is leaving as one of the most important players in the club’s modern history, playing a key role in Liverpool’s recent successes. During his outstanding 2024–25 season, he recorded remarkable individual stats that established his place in Premier League history and was instrumental in helping the team win its 20th league championship.

He won the Golden Boot after scoring 29 Premier League goals during the season and also received the Playmaker of the Season title for his 18 assists. He tied the Premier League record for a single season with 47 goal contributions.
